John Marshall freshman Lea Landers believes her hard work at school has paid off. “Not many students get this award,” Landers explained. “So that’s an honor, and I try to work my hardest in classes and try to get all A’s.”

JMHS Assistant Principal Geno Polsinelli regards Lea’s contribution to the classroom as admirable. “Her hard work in the classroom, her family upbringing and her character here at John Marshall stands out.”

Freshman Kenneth Arrick feels esteem for his efforts in the classroom. “I feel that it’s an honor to be awarded this. I work hard in class and I do what I’m told.”

Polsinelli commends Kenneth for his efforts as a student. “His body of work in the classroom and his openness to be involved in anything that comes about in John Marshall High School has made him a prize student.”
