The 26th annual John Marshall High School College and Career Fair on Thursday, November 7, 2019 isn’t just for high school students.

This year JMHS counselors want to stress the fair, held in the school’s gymnasium from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, is open to the public. Organizers of the JM College and Career Fair hope to attract community members who are looking for a job. More than 20 local businesses, manufacturing companies and labor unions will be on hand to talk to students and adults about career opportunities.

Meanwhile, representatives from more than 40 colleges, universities, technical schools and training programs will be present to give information to John Marshall High School seniors, juniors and sophomores, along with adults looking toward high education.

This fair is one of the few high school fairs in the state of West Virginia and is sponsored by John Marshall High School, Bethany College, West Liberty University, West Virginia Northern Community College and Wheeling University.
