The Rainbow Fish Musical at JMHS

The Monarch Company of John Marshall High School is excited to present its fall production of The Rainbow Fish Musical, written by Austin Zumbro and directed by Tracey Filben. Performances will be held in the John Marshall High School Center for Performing Arts on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 2:00 pm.

Come meet a charming school of fish and sea-creature characters who admire the famous Rainbow Fish, the most beautiful fish in all the ocean. When Rainbow Fish refuses to share her vibrant, shimmering scales the whole ocean seems to turn against the vain creature. Very unhappy about this, the Rainbow Fish seeks out the wise Octopus who helps the young fish learn that it’s far better to be admired for being kind than for being beautiful. This production will feature musical numbers, dancing and incredibly fun costumes.

Cast members include Emily Anderson (Rainbow Fish), Lauren Brannan (Little Fish), Madi Blake (Octopus), Leah Reuschel (Starfish), Creed Kidney (Hermit Crab), Paige Wallace (Clownfish), Marianna Martinez (Pufferfish), Justice Robinson (Ms. Minnow) and Jessica Jasinski (Sardine). The school of fish is made up of Brayden Snider, Logan Montz, Tim Wilson, Sydney Hess, Bella Bruno, Khloe Trussell and Gracie Woods.
