Tracey Filben, Director of Bands at John Marshall High School, is the recipient of the 2026 Wheeling Symphony Orchestra Music Educator Excellence Award. She will be honored at the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra’s March Masterworks concert, Her Voice, on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Capitol Theatre in Wheeling, at 7:30 pm.
