It’s that time of year as John Marshall High School’s Monarch Company performs its spring musical.

Here we go again! If you have a dream to see “Mamma Mia!” it will be taking the stage this week in the JMHS Center for Performing Arts.

Dancing queen senior Sydney Hess will play Sophie. She’ll take a chance on sophomore Jacob Boyette as he plays Skye. Senior Khloe Trussell will remanence about her last summer as she plays Donna, and senior Isaac Perry will be wondering, “what’s the name of the game?” as he plays Sam.

Monarch Company Director Erin Bond is excited to bring this story to life.

“Mamma Mia!” will be open to the public on Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 7:00 pm and Sunday, April 2, 2023, at 2:00 pm.

The cost to attend is $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. You can pay with that money, money, money at the door which opens one half hour prior to each performance.
